You also lied about the location of this car. I told Jeff I don’t want a car driven here with so much miles and not to get it. So to call me with that offer did not make sense. I was adamant on not leaving a deposit until you reassured me I could get it refunded several times! You all lied then acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I may have decided on another car which I was considering but trust me it won’t be through this dealership. Because if you can’t be honest about 500 deposit what else are you lying about. More

They let me take one home to test drive it overnight. I didn’t feel the one we took home was the right one, and Karl didn’t bug or pry as yo why. He just showed us the next one, which ended up being the one. He has his inventory dialed in and knows how to help you find what you want. Again, fantastic! Don’t let me forget about the rest of the team that really made the magic work. Craig gave me an unreal amount for my used trade in, I couldn’t just leave an opportunity like that on the table, and Anthony helping out with getting me the lowest APR, POINTS LOWER THAN WHAT NAVY FED WAS GIVING! Can’t thank them enough. Now, in to the maintenance department. We had a couple things lined up in the contract to have some items installed. Simple thing, to do, and we had set an AM appointment to have everything done. Well, having two sick kids, that wasn’t as easy as we’d hoped. We got there a bit late, but that didn’t phase the maintenance team. They got us right in, and took 20 minutes for everything. Awesome job!!! So glad to know that I not only joined the Honda team, but I joined the Hall Family . Can’t wait to put some miles on the car! Love it!!! More
