Jeff took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us a few vehicles. He understood that we were just there to look and didn't pressure us. Told him we'd be back the next week to make a trade in and a purchase. He was kind enough to email us brochures on the vehicles and followed up with us a couple of times to see if we were still interested. Finally went in and the entire process could not have gone smoother. It was truly stress free and only took a couple of hours. I came in over several days and brought my wife in for a test drive when my regular sales reps had the day off. No matter what day or time I arrived, I was greeted as if I was their most important customer and they went out of their way to ensure I test drove several vehicles and that my questions were answered. I shopped around to several other dealarships for the same vehicle and even looked at other vehicle types during my search. Hall Honda provided the best overall value. Shareena was very knowledgeable about the car and all of its features and was able to explain them all so we understood with out over complicating it. The entire staff was pleasant to deal with and they didn’t try to sell us on every service they offer , which was appreciated. I would buy a car from her for every new purchase of a Honda for sure.
