Friendly, met my needs with what I was looking for. From when o walked in the door on a cloudy day, Steve Schwartz greeted me with a smile and asked me want I was looking for. I wanted a Honda Accord. I also visited Priority and Checkered Flag Honda and they were not that interested in my needs like Hall. Priority showed very little interest and wanted to brag about how he was going to Vegas soon. The first car Priority showed me was a Nice 2016 Sport Accord and when we returned to the dealership from a test drive, another salesman said it was sold. then they showed me a newly traded in 2015 dirty and rusted car that was used and abused car with 70k plus miles compared to the 16k earlier. Waiting over 15 mins for home to find 3rd car and left due to getting daughter off the bus. Never called back untill next morning. Pathetic! Checkered Flag tried to be excited bit after returning and tried to see what we could do, he have me the run around. I went back to hall and followed up with Craig Belda and Steven Schwartz. They introduced me to Jeff and he helped assist me with getting my lovely Honda Accord and getting my second key and also a valet key. Marcus Jones finished up my paperwork and dealership maintenance plan. I very happy with my purchase of a 2015 certified pre-owned Honda Accord. 47k miles and very clean. thanks Hall Honda team, you made me feel like family and friend and will reccomend you to my friends.
