Besides his friendly professional demeanor Mr. Hancock took the time to guide me to the right model. I was comparing two different models an HR-V and a CR-V. We already owned a 2013 CR-V which was the perfect entry height for me after two hip replacements. He spent the time listening to our desires for various features we were looking for and what we needed/wanted . He was patient, knowledgeable and intuitive to my requirements without pressuring. There was no thought of purchasing that day as I wanted to go back and discuss info with my husband. I never felt any gender discrimination or pressure. After returning home with a trade in value and price of new vehicle with no talk yet of negotiating I called Tommy back with multiple questions and a walk out the door price. He called me back quickly with what we wanted to hear and we took him up on it. Returned to dealership and he fast tracked us through the purchase process. It was best car buying experience we have ever encountered. More
