I went and saw Christina, for at least an oil change. Christina went above and beyond and got me a state inspection!!! I had discussed that i had a busy schedule and she replied, “Say no more!” that was my first time in your service department & wont be my last. Ill be writing her a review on anything that i can. Car completely dead/Would not start Called for appointment and explained my situation and that I had obtained a jump start but was concerned car would not start again if shut off. I was Called for appointment and explained my situation and that I had obtained a jump start but was concerned car would not start again if shut off. I was fit into service schedule with an appointment an hour from when I called. Great news because I didn't want the car idling for hours and chance causing another problem. I took the car in about a half hour before scheduled appointment thinking I'd have to sit with it idling but service team leader Nicole Gnader spotted me and responding immediately, took the car in for servicing. Nicole kept me informed of progress and even added the passenger side airbag recall fix. I praise her friendliness and professionalism throughout. More

I worked with Dustin Wagner from the beginning of the process all the way to the end, My experience at Hall Honda was beyond my wildest expectations. I worked with Dustin Wagner from the beginning of the process all the way to the end, which only lasted 3 hours. I begin working with him online. I let him know what I wanted, he gave me 9 options that fit what I was asking for, I picked out three, and sent those three to him. He looked at all three and compared them to what I had requested and found the one of the three that had everything I wanted. I gave him all my information by email and filled out the application online. An hour and a half after all the paperwork and applications had been submitted, Dustin was picking me up in my new car to take me back to the dealership to sign the final paperwork. It was absolutely the easiest and most stress-free purchase I have ever made. Dustin took care of EVERYTHING short of signing my name. I was so very impressed by him!!!
