Car completely dead/Would not start Called for appointment and explained my situation and that I had obtained a jump start but was concerned car would not start again if shut off. I was fit into service schedule with an appointment an hour from when I called. Great news because I didn't want the car idling for hours and chance causing another problem. I took the car in about a half hour before scheduled appointment thinking I'd have to sit with it idling but service team leader Nicole Gnader spotted me and responding immediately, took the car in for servicing. Nicole kept me informed of progress and even added the passenger side airbag recall fix. I praise her friendliness and professionalism throughout. More
