Tyler Edwards helped us out while we were there and was super helpful and answered all our questions and concerns we had. With his help and the information he gave us we were definitely impressed with the vehicle. We did not feel the usual sales push that you get at dealerships and he understood our situation. The manager at Hall Honda also was helpful as he assisted Tyler with our needs for different trims for the pilot. Thanks for making our experience not to feel pressured! More

One of the best sales persons I've met, Kelsey Kelsey was my sales person/consultant. She did an excellent job explaining all the vehicle had to offer and and even went beyond to research items tha Kelsey was my sales person/consultant. She did an excellent job explaining all the vehicle had to offer and and even went beyond to research items that I had questions on. I highly recommend her for any buyer. However, the only downside to the experience is that the people doing the financing are a little pushy on selling the extra car packages for interior/exterior care, extended care, etc. They sound like great packages and I do recommend them to those who need them, but they also have trouble taking no for an answer. Once again I highly recommend Kelsey as your sales person. More

Best experience buying a new car ever! I had an awesome experience at Hall Honda. I did my research and wanted to go there just for a test drive of the new Honda Civic. Before I went to the I had an awesome experience at Hall Honda. I did my research and wanted to go there just for a test drive of the new Honda Civic. Before I went to the dealer I checked online and requested an "ePrice." Within five minutes, I received an email from Kelsey Johnson and headed to the dealer. They definitely had lower prices than the other area dealers and I even checked two in North Carolina. Kelsey greeted me at the dealership and took good care of my wife and I and was straight up and was very focused on my requests and concerns. There was no pressure and she was very respectful of my time. If I said I wasn't interested, she rolled with it while being very genuine and personable. She offered several options about whether or not I wanted to think about it or continue the process. I actually had a great time and rolled out of there with exactly the new Civic and color that I wanted. She rocked!!!! Paul the business manager was very helpful at wrapping it all up at the end and trying to get me on the road as soon as possible. I've never had a more positive experience buying a new car. More
