Service of Honda Pilot I came into Hall Honda service today for a routine oil change and a state inspection. Corbitt Carroll was my service advisor and was amazing. From the I came into Hall Honda service today for a routine oil change and a state inspection. Corbitt Carroll was my service advisor and was amazing. From the time I walked in to drop off my car to the time I picked it up Corbitt kept me informed and was extremely polite and friendly. He informed me that tech, David Sargent, discovered that both of my compliance bushings were cracked and needed to be replaced. Corbitt realized that I had no clue what a compliance bushing was so he took me to my car to show me and actually pointed out where the cracks were. I find that it is extremely helpful to visually see the problem because then I understand why the work needs to be done and I know that it truly is a problem that needs repair. At lot of times I feel that repair shops take advantage of customers and tell them they need repairs that aren’t really necessary and take advantage of the fact that not everyone is knowledgeable about cars. I had the repair done that day and it was under warranty, by just a few miles, thank goodness!! Corbitt was also very attentive in the fact that he was ready to give me a loaner car in case my car wouldn’t be done by the end of the day. So a big thank you to my service advisor, Corbitt, and another big thank you to David Sargent, for the very thorough inspection of my car!! More

Corbitt and Service Team A+++ I had a problem with my steering, and needed several services. I showed up to Hall Honda Service without an appointment, and Corbitt Carrol got me in I had a problem with my steering, and needed several services. They determined it would definitely need a warranty repair, and Corbitt got me a loaner car immediately. All my service and repair was done quickly. My car drives amazingly and is back on point.
