Called the dealer and spoke with sales associate Karl, who was my pointman throughout my car buying process. Karl was a pleasure to work with, since I intended to buy this car based on pictures, carfax report, and overall condition , Karl was continuously providing me data/pictures and satisfied every request I made about the car, I needed full transparency so there were no surprises when I picked up the car and Karl provided that peace of mind, they even worked with me on price. I will be reccomending friends/family to visit Hall Honda and to definitely seek out Karl, after the transaction Karl spent additional time with me to show the car's features and connected my phone with the car's Bluetooth as well. My one small suggestion to further improve my overall experience would be for finance/closing team be more efficient with time in completing the sales transaction, since I drove 6hrs to this dealer and was paying cash for the car was expecting the process to be fairly quick but ended up being there for 4 hours. More
