Many dealerships have a reputation for their shady business and I've always dreaded having to take my car in to be serviced, until I visited the Servi Many dealerships have a reputation for their shady business and I've always dreaded having to take my car in to be serviced, until I visited the Service Dept at Hall Honda. I scheduled an appointment online for the air bag recall. I arrived a few minutes early, but was greeted immediately at the bay and checked in with my service advisor, Davonte who was friendly, attentive and efficient. I was advised the wait would be nearly two hours, but he explained everything from start to finish. I chose to wait. Sitting there, being observant, I noticed that everyone on staff was so friendly with their interactions with other customers. I was very impressed! I even noticed they offered a shuttle service, which is a helpful and convenient service offered. Not even two hours, but about an hour later, I got a call that my vehicle was ready, and also got a complimentary car wash. This was the most pleasant experience I've had from any dealership service and I will continue to come back! Thanks Davonte and the entire Hall Honda Service team! More
