Pleasant Experience I was looking for a small, affordable car for my daughter and thought I would stop in to see what Hall had. With Tommy’s help, I found the perfect car I was looking for a small, affordable car for my daughter and thought I would stop in to see what Hall had. With Tommy’s help, I found the perfect car! From the time I walked in until the time everything was completed, was just a little over two hours. The process was quick and pleasant. Tommy was great to work with and really listened to what I was looking for. Since I went in alone, Tommy delivered the car to my home later that day. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Amanda in finance, of course, had to present all of the additional warranties available, but I did not feel pressured when I declined the additional coverage. The Hall Rewards was not covered as thoroughly as I would have liked, but that is minor and I’m sure I will understand it better when I’m ready to use them. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience!
