Before pulling off the lot with my new car he made sure I had asked all questions and I felt comfortable driving home and he also said that I could reach him 24/7 if needed via his cell phone. If he did not know an answer to a question (which he was very knowledgeable) he would refer to an expert in that department. Overall a very pleasurable experience. More

From the time I walked in until the time everything was completed, was just a little over two hours. The process was quick and pleasant. Tommy was great to work with and really listened to what I was looking for. Since I went in alone, Tommy delivered the car to my home later that day. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Amanda in finance, of course, had to present all of the additional warranties available, but I did not feel pressured when I declined the additional coverage. The Hall Rewards was not covered as thoroughly as I would have liked, but that is minor and I’m sure I will understand it better when I’m ready to use them. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience!
