Honesty and Integrity My wife and I were looking for a new Honda CR-V so we did our homework an decided to try a dealer close to our residence. We expressed our preferences to the salesperson who seemed knowledgeable and attentive only to have him inform us the color vehicle we wanted was not available. We decided to look at other CR-V's of a different color only to find out they to were not what we specifically asked for in trim and amenities. We were then shown a vehicle with over three-hundred miles on the odometer and a dirty interior. We were dumbfounded this was being sold as a new vehicle. We inquired as to what it would take to locate a vehicle with our preferences and asked if other dealers in the immediate location had what we wanted. We were told after checking all others inventory no dealer in the area had one. The closest being in North Carolina. We decided to leave and try Hall Honda of Virginia Beach. What a difference! We were met with several smiling people within three minutes asking if they could help us. Our sales person was Kelsey Johnson. Ms. Johnson listened to our desired preference in the vehicle and informed us they had three in stock! After several minutes the CR-V in the color we wanted along with the desired trim package was waiting at the door for our test drive. It all seemed too good to be true and I was expecting the always dreaded price negotiating to begin. She asked what I expected to pay or the vehicle and excused herself. She came back after several minutes with a price break down outlining MY cost number and an out the door price. She even included an accessory that was not on the vehicle yet. My wife and I could believe it. The car we wanted at the price we expected to pay. I can't say enough about Kelsy Johnson. Her friendly and pleasant demeanor immediately put us at ease. She is professional, honest, and conducts herself with complete integrity. So do your homework and you will be treated with respect at Hall Honda. I would recommend you ask for Ms. Johnson if you want similar results. More
