After contacting her, and explaining my disabled vehicle made it impossible to get to the dealership until I had a friend that could bring me. By phone, she introduced me to Steve Schwartz, my sales rep. He arranged for Linda to come to my house and pick me up. Upon arriving at the dealership, he had pulled the car he felt was the best possible match for me up to the front door. We talked for a few minutes, greeted Barb, then took a test drive of what would be my "new car". After discussing my financial strengths and weaknesses, Steve worked with Craig Belda, Sales Mgr. and Craig Lafferty, Business Mgr. to find me the best possible financing to purchase my car.
