Amazing customer service I brought my 2017 Honda CR-V in to get cleaned and have some stretches removed. I was so please with the whole experience. My service advisor Matt was I brought my 2017 Honda CR-V in to get cleaned and have some stretches removed. I was so please with the whole experience. My service advisor Matt was so accommodating and polite! I was given a ride to the Nissan dealership to get my rental car. The job was completed fairly quick and to my satisfaction. They buffed the scratches out and did a great job cleaning my vehicle. After I got home I noticed a dent and scratch inside the rear door on the drivers side. It was very deep and had several layers of paint taken off. I had no idea where that came from so I called the service center back. They were so quick to assist me and my service advisor, Matt was so so helpful! Today I got a voicemail from the service manager saying they noted the scratch before servicing but they are still willing to help me! Omg I was so amazed! I was literally in tears! I would have understood if they couldn’t help me since the damage wasn’t done by them but talk about going about and beyond for a customer! I am so glad I bought my car here and am so thankful for the amazing service they provide! More

Need a wheel lock Best service EVER!! One of the tires blew on my Pilot and I didn’t have the wheel lock in the car. I called and spoke with Corbitt who was incredibly Best service EVER!! One of the tires blew on my Pilot and I didn’t have the wheel lock in the car. I called and spoke with Corbitt who was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help. He sent Matt, who was also incredibly helpful and understanding, out to where I was stranded to bring me a wheel lock. Both of these gentleman saved the day!! It’s awesome service like this that absolutely makes me love Honda!! I have been a Honda customer for over 20 years...the only thing better than than the vehicle itself are the great people that work for Honda. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! More
