Outstanding Customer Service!!!! Late last month my Check Engine light turned on while I was on my way to work. I immediately called Hall Honda and they got me scheduled for an appoi Late last month my Check Engine light turned on while I was on my way to work. I immediately called Hall Honda and they got me scheduled for an appointment at 9:00am the same day. Due to high volumes in the service area that day they were unable to diagnose my car. When I expressed my concern about being able to get to work the next day to my service POC, Matt, he immediately took ownership of the failure to get my car checked that day and stated they would get me a loaner car, free of charge, while mine was getting repaired. When I picked the loaner up, Matt was very apologetic and promised he would get my car diagnosed the following day. The next day, Matt was in contact with me throughout the day with progress updates on the vehicle diagnosis and by mid-afternoon they had identified the problem. Matt explained to me they needed to order a part and that they would have my car fixed the following day. He said I could hold onto the loaner until repairs were complete and he would do everything he could to minimize my charges for the service due to their delays. The following day, Matt contacted me to let me know the repairs were complete and that in addition to the free loaner and reduction in charges for labor he'd already done, he was going to take an additional 20% off the final bill! When it was all said and done, I didn't have to miss any work, my car was repaired and I paid significantly less than I would've had to pay originally. I appreciated Matt's accountability, honesty and diligence to do the right thing throughout the process - it truly made me feel like I wasn't just one more customer but rather a member of the Hall Honda family. My wife and I have been doing business with Hall Honda for almost a decade and this is just one more example of their exemplary customer service!!! If you're wondering about doing business with Hall, whether it be for service on your vehicle or purchase of a new one, fear not!!! The team at Hall Honda will take care of all of your needs!!! PS - This was my first experience with Matt. I have normally worked with Davonte in the past when I've had our cars serviced and he was equally impressive - always cordial, diligent, friendly and willing to take the time to explain what was happening with our vehicles in terms I could understand. She worked with and for me from trade-in to final price, through finance with Levi, to delivery before closing time. TOMMY HANCOCK - HONEST, FAST, LOOKS OUT FOR YOU After an accident which totaled my truck (purchased through Tommy Hancock at Hall), we took a trip to a local dealership near our new home (in Marylan After an accident which totaled my truck (purchased through Tommy Hancock at Hall), we took a trip to a local dealership near our new home (in Maryland). After waiting for some time, asking for help, then getting an hourly employee and not a salesman, we were given a less-than-desirable purchase offer. We knew we had to come home, so we drove 4 hours to see Tommy. We called him first, and he helped us shop online and over the phone for two vehicles. One to replace the truck, and one to upgrade my wife to a vehicle large enough to fit our entire family. When we arrived, Tommy had all the paperwork ready, a vehicle specialist waiting to give us a tour and test drive of both of our new vehicles, which were already detailed and had big red bows on the hoods. The entire process took less than a couple hours and we were on our way home. Thank you Hall for Tommy and his support crew. We will ALWAYS shop Hall first (as long as Tommy is there of course)!
