An extra positive customer experience I was merely looking to get an ignition system fixed Hall Honda. No one in the sales or service departments pressured me to consider upgrading my Honda Odyssey to perhaps a newer model since the one I owned had 220,000 miles on it. I am the one that opened up that possibility in discussion, and was gently lead to consider an opportunity to purchase a later model vehicle when I expressed that I had found a deal elsewhere for a certain price that appealed to me. Within a few hours, Paul salesman Jeffrey Hutchison called me and not only found a deal on a similar car that I wanted but at a $2000 lower price! My trade-in brought the price even lower, and then I was told of an extended warranty which so unexpectedly reasonable, that I had to question if they were really serious about the benefits offered! I have never experienced a situation as satisfying, as well as rewarding – with no pressure! I give high marks to both the management & service department - and beyond that, the competent & efficient people on staff who made the paper signing and final processing seamless. More
