I was under the impression you received (2) complimentary oil changes before using the “new” rewards plan which seems like a great path forward. So, if you are told you will receive one or even two complimentary oil changes this is not he case. Not a big deal but Hall Honda/Buyer should be on same the same page. Other Hall locations offer the complimentary oil changes most likely to compete with priority. Again, got a great deal and EVERYONE was wonderful. More

In the end, the decision was between a 2017 and 2018 model. They gave me the pros/cons of each, but never tried to push me toward a particular option. I've never had bad service at Hall Honda! I brought my Pilot in early for shocks today, intending to drop it off for the afternoon appointment. My Blue Team service advisor Adam Jones made su I brought my Pilot in early for shocks today, intending to drop it off for the afternoon appointment. My Blue Team service advisor Adam Jones made sure I could get a ride if needed to my home in Norfolk, but in addition he went out of his way to get the Pilot in for the shocks before I could catch a ride. No other dealer offers the small town, family treatment that Hall Honda does. No other dealer would go out of their way to work a customer in ahead of schedule and be so friendly all the time. I trust Hall with our Odyssey and Pilot, and me and my sons have all bought cars from Hall. The vehicle prices are great, but it's the service from Hall Honda that makes me want a car from Hall.
