She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering and answered our questions with clear explanations of the vehicles features. She did not pressure us and knew this was a sudden need for us to buy a new car due to one of our cars being totaled in a recent accident. She allowed us time to consider the best car for us. Going from a very small car to a Honda CRV was the right choice for Pat. Mindy helped us work thru the different models and color choices and was so patient. We are so thankful for her dedication to making this a good experience for us.
