Very Positive Experiences with Sales & Service I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS Premium, one owner local, 55K miles. The purchase price was about $2000 below NADA suggested retail price. They also I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS Premium, one owner local, 55K miles. The purchase price was about $2000 below NADA suggested retail price. They also threw in some perks like special inside grooming, and best of all, 1 yr, 12000 miles powertrain warranty. After the sale, my salesman, Hartland Roberts, drove the CTS to my home to drop off the car I had driven to the dealership, and I drove him back to Hall Honda. On the trip back, he explained all the controls again. I had a problem with the battery going dead about a month after I purchased the car, and had to have it jumped and later towed to Hall Honda. They got it in the same day, diagnosed it as a bad cell in the battery, replaced it with a new battery - and at no cost. They also got me a second key for the CTS and had it programmed at no cost to me. I strongly recommend Hartland and the entire crew at Hall Honda. More
