Dissapointed in response to declination of deal. Got a great deal on an accord from Hall Honda, so I put a partial down payment on the lease being that the specific vehicle i wanted was the only one Got a great deal on an accord from Hall Honda, so I put a partial down payment on the lease being that the specific vehicle i wanted was the only one available, and i live more than an hour away. On the drive to get the car I got a better offer from a different dealer I had already been working with and decided to take the better deal. Showed up at Hall Honda to get a refund and was approached by a manager. Instead of just asking questions about how they lost my business, this individual turned the situation into an emotional tirade and condescendingly questioned my integrity...and implied the down payment, which is apparently non-refundable (I wasnt instructed of this over the phone, so they did give me a refund), was a moral promise instead of a business deal. I dont need my integrity questioned by some guy at a dealership because he's pissed he lost out on a deal. Thats business, pal. I chose the deal that allowed me to retain more of my hard-earned cash to spend it on my family. Everyone is generally friendly and the deals are great. I definately could recommend buying a car but only with the understanding that refunds are apparently non-refundable...and its recommended that you don't back out of a deal unless you're ready for an argument with one certain manager. More

The whole experience went very smoothly and he really listened to everything we wanted for our new vehicle. I worked with Priority, on this vehicle, but they couldn't quite get to the price I wanted. Hall was able to closer meet my pricing needs, and had a wider range of models/trims/colors. Chris Jones and Don Blea bent over backwards to get me a fair price on the car, and Lawrence Bright made the final paperwork a breeze.
