Barbara was able to locate the car I wanted and was able to find me exactly the right model, color, options and most importantly the best warranty for my needs all at a reasonable price that I was comfortable with. After the purchase, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I was suppose to and everything was to my satisfaction. Amazing!!! I started this process by calling for pricing on my new 2017 honda civic. I spoke with Barb first and she was super helpful and sweet, she even did a I started this process by calling for pricing on my new 2017 honda civic. I spoke with Barb first and she was super helpful and sweet, she even did a personalized video if the car for me!!! She let me know that she wanted my business but gave me plenty of room to shop, I appreciate that!!! I then spoke with Papa and he gave me a deal I could not pass up, so off to Virginia I went (I live in nc). When I arrived I spoke with Barb and met Amanda Carroll. She was amazing!! So down to earth and easy to talk to!! She is also very knowledgeable of the cars she sales. After getting everything straight we went to see Lawrence BRIGHT he finished everything up financially and was very quick and efficient. He was also very knowledgeable and could answer all questions and explain everything (I ask a ton of questions). I would recommend HALL HONDA in Va Beach to anybody looking for an amazing buying experience. Thanks guys you were amazing!!!!! More

They don't care about there customers. I have been a loyal Hall Honda customer since 2013. I got 2 cars 2016 model last year and today I bring my car for service and they are not sure if th I have been a loyal Hall Honda customer since 2013. I got 2 cars 2016 model last year and today I bring my car for service and they are not sure if they can do the repair which maybe just a clog AC drain hose. They told me that it takes like 3 to 5 hours and they will close today at 5P.M. I ask them about a loaner program for in case that they keep my car in the shop. They said that they have a program but they don't have a car available. It sounds like if I don't get my car back today I don't a car to drive to work on Monday. They don't know how to take care of their loyal customers. Also I have notice that problem since Monday this week that there is a water leaking underneath my glove box and the floor was wet. I told them that but their were no urgency for them to help you. I have prior bad experience here before and I address to their service manager but it is Saturday of course he is not here. I can't believe that they are out of loaner car, there to many cars in the lot wow. In addition with that if I don't call them they will not call me and keep my car in the shop for the whole weekend makes me to rent a car to go to work on Monday.That is good that I called them if I can get my car back so that I don't need to rent a car and when I went back there to get my car they told me that they can find where's the water leaks come from. My car sets there for the whole day and they can figure out what's wrong, wow. Even me I'm not a mechanic I can tell the leaks came from the AC drain because when I crawled down and check the drain hose it don't drain that good just a few drip and most of the water goes inside my car underneath my glovebox which make my carpet floor wet and they are not concerned about that. I called there manager of course he is not available on weekends. I hope he called me back on Monday. So stress dealing with this dealership. More

Waited 44 years for my first NEW car -- and love it! I know ... I know ... NO ONE ever just goes in and comes out with a new car -- but it happened to me! I took the broken keys for my 2010 Honda Pilot I know ... I know ... NO ONE ever just goes in and comes out with a new car -- but it happened to me! I took the broken keys for my 2010 Honda Pilot into the Hall Honda Service Center to be repaired. I have loved that Honda and every one of the 145,000+ miles I put on it. The 2017 Honda Pilot has a new body style, and I truly loved my 2010 Silver Box. But then ... I sat in the 2017 Honda Pilot... and then I took a test drive (while my keys were being repaired) with Lindsay and Ian .... and I knew that it was time to think about saying goodbye to my Silver Box. I sat with extraordinary salesperson Amanda and talked about price, options and financing ... and sure enough ... I am now the proud owner of my first ever brand new car. Amanda was patient, engaging, intelligent, and listened to my needs and wants. As I said, I had no intention that day of buying a new car ... but now, I can't imagine not having my brand new 2017 Honda Pilot. Thanks to Amanda Carroll and the great ladies (and gentlemen) of Hall Honda for such a wonderful car buying experience! More
