AMAAAAZING Experience!!!! I had an amazing shopping experience with Hall Honda and my salesman Harland Roberts!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and overall awesome! I have I had an amazing shopping experience with Hall Honda and my salesman Harland Roberts!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and overall awesome! I have never been so satisfied with a car experience, normally they are drawn out and a battle on who can win at negotiations. This however was not, the seller actually cared about my financial future and looked out for my best interest. I would buy every car from Harland Roberts, for the rest of my life! Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! More

Excellent Sales Experience at Hall Rick at Hall Honda was excellent. He kept in constant contact and was really the only salesman in the area that followed up with me regularly regardin Rick at Hall Honda was excellent. John Bryant, our lead salesman listened to us and understood what we were looking for. We did not look at the car we had found on the internet at their location, but a better vehicle to suit her needs. There was no pressure or hard sell. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had, even when the warranty and extra coverage discussion came up, Byron Gray was accepting of our answer with no pushing, he was quick and efficient and took care of all the business. The sales manager, Timothy Folwaczny was accommodating to our requests and concerns. He oversaw the process and was upfront and honest. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We will definitely return for our future car buying needs!!! More

Karl Collins, Jr. Is the man to go to for whatever you need I get to the dealership and I explain what I want. Karl the sales consultant says okay I'm going to show such and such vehicle. He grabs the keys for I get to the dealership and I explain what I want. Karl the sales consultant says okay I'm going to show such and such vehicle. He grabs the keys for all the vehicles that I want and explains any last second questions based on mileage, price, etc. and after we've settled for which vehicle I wanted we go right into the price negotiation and it was a solid process. I didn't receive any flak and was shown what the certified pre owned is worth and what I'm getting it for including warranties. Amazing experience, especially being a first major car purchase. Highly recommended. More
