On 10/23/10 I was looking on the internet at dealerships for a newer car for my family. I went to the Hall Honda site, answered some questions and received a phone call within minutes. Max had called to see how I was liking the website and to see if he could help me in anyway. I made an appt. to go and see him with my mother that same day at 3. We were greeted immediately!! I had very specific criteria I was looking for since I am caring for my mother and he not only listened but he HEARD!! He gave me several options, was very thourough in his explanations and overall answered all my questions! I felt no pressure and best of all by the end I was very excited about my purchase. Max made sure I got what we needed at a price we could afford and a vechile that met every single one of my needs and criteria. I don't know how he did it but he did it and I left there feeling like I was at a friends house not at a dealership. I will NEVER go anywhere else for service or to buy another vechile. We are extremly happy with our purchase and how smooth everything was! I am in Human Resources and know about customer service and this dealership has it plus some! Rob got us through the legalities of everything smoothly and without a doubt about anything we were signing!! Lisa made sure we were happy and made sure our payments were within our price range. This team of associates worked wonderfully together! Your only as good as your employees, who will be the best when they feel appreciated and taken care of which this company is obviously doing. It starts at the top and reflects at the bottom. I will definately tell anyone who is looking to purchase a vechile that Hall Honda in Virginia Beach is the only dealership to consider.
