Went in for service for a previous honda accord purchase from Hall for a trip up to Rhode Island. Looked around, just to look around, and seen an 2010 Accord Crosstour. Was greeted by a sales representative from Hall for a trip up to Rhode Island. Looked around, just to look around, and seen an 2010 Accord Crosstour. Was greeted by a sales representative and asked me a few questions. I told him I was just looking and was only in for service on my vehicle. He wasn't pushy nor imposing. After looking at it for 5 minutes, I asked a few questions and ended up test driving the crosstour and really liked it more at this point. After the test drive and car getting serviced I left it alone. Some time has passed and the car seemed to grow on me. Went back to Frank to make the purchase. I came in to Hall Honda about a month ago and met John Christian (very friendly) when I was buying a car for my daughter for college. I can't believe how easy and painless the whole process was. I ended up buying a 2011 Honda Accord V6 from Hall Honda after shopping at several other dealers for competing brands. Even within the Honda brand, I was "all over the map" on what model I wanted. I test drove 2 CRVs, a Civic EX and finally the Accord before I made up my mind, and this was over the course of 3 or 4 visits to the dealership. In each and every case, I made sure that Jake was available to work with me as I liked his low pressure, patient style. He worked hard for my business and did not badger me with "follow-up" calls, etc. So, I would recommend Hall and specifically Jake for anyone in the market for a Honda in Virginia Beach. More

This is the first new car I've purchased in over 25 years! Consequently, I was nervous and apprehensive about going to a dealer, but Jeff was awesome: he took his time to take me to look at both used a years! Consequently, I was nervous and apprehensive about going to a dealer, but Jeff was awesome: he took his time to take me to look at both used and new cars, established a relationship with me and made the process as painless as possible. When we met other staff (like the finance person, a woman whose name escapes me) we actually had fun going through all of the required paperwork. The Sales Manager Joe Cuellar was also very attentive and helped me "seal-the-deal." I also feel like I got the vehicle I needed at a very fair price (they even "threw-in" an extra - cruise control - for a base price). This was a very big investment for me, even though it was one of the least expensive models Honda makes (I bought a 2010 Fit). One might think that customers at the lower end of the sales spectrum might not get the same service as someone buying a $35K-plus car, but this wasn't the case with Jeff or the other staff at Hall. Jeff even stayed almost an hour after the dealership closed to help us finish our purchase last night. Kudos!!! More
