I felt that he was sincerely interested in finding the car that was just right for me, and getting it for me at a fantastic price. He led me through the process of buying the car in an informative, reassuring way. He was very professional and thorough. As a woman, this was my first experience buying a car on my own, and it was not intimidating whatsoever. I am very happy with my car, a 2010 Civic Lxs, and would recommend Hall Honda to my friends and family. I have personally recommended Jake to several friends already. Frank was very helpful in helping my wife and I get into our new truck. He understood our needs and made sure we walked out of the dealership very satisfied. I had to trade my pilot for an Odyssey due to a growing family. Te dealer actually offered me significantly more than I had anticipated for my trade which made their final out the door offer actually lower family. The car had a few scratchs and a small tear in the leather. Frank the salesman did an excellent job of coordinating the repairs and keeping me informed of the status even after the sale was complete. He even had the windshield replaced due to a few small scratches that I didn't even notice. Overall, this purchase went without a hitch. This is the second car I've bought from this dealer and I will continue to buy from them. More

They coordinated everything to get my car buffed out & looking beautiful. I really appreciated the salesperson's honesty, because I did not notice the acid rain. They paid for the repair and the body shop did an amazing job & turned it around in only one day. I would highly recommend Hall Honda to anyone. I am happy with my new car, but when it comes time to trade...the only place I will go is Hall Honda. Thanks! More
