Talked with one of the internet sales persons (Ricardo) about a specific vehicle; he indicated it would be available two days later. Made appointment online to test drive the same car, arrived on time but about a specific vehicle; he indicated it would be available two days later. Made appointment online to test drive the same car, arrived on time but they had no clue that we were coming. We waited around while they attempted to figure out where the car is. Finally Ricardo came out only to tell us the car had been sold the day before. Very poor customer service and communication. If a car is sold and no longer available, potential customers should not be able to make appointments to test drive the car. I will say that Nate B. was extremely helpful and exemplifies how customers should be treated. We went to a competitor the same day and purchased a comparable vehicle within hours. More
