The overall serviced is good and the waiting time was reasonably but in the services listed as done it doesn't show one I requested at check-in (pureti) and also says that fluids levels were checked but reasonably but in the services listed as done it doesn't show one I requested at check-in (pureti) and also says that fluids levels were checked but the brake fluid level showed right now is a little over the half and not all the way to the full mark. This is not the first time this happened at this location and for the record my service has been prepaid so maybe there is no motivation to do a 100%. Need to pay attention to details. I love the brand but this should not happen. I been a loyal customer of the brand for 7 years and 5 years to this dealership. More

Excellent shopping experience I was shopping for a Mazda CX-5 or a Honda CR-V. Trent Wilson, my salesperson, went the extra mile and called Hall Honda to make sure they had what I I was shopping for a Mazda CX-5 or a Honda CR-V. Trent Wilson, my salesperson, went the extra mile and called Hall Honda to make sure they had what I was interested in in stock. Not only was I able to test drive the Mazda CX-5 but we went to Hall Honda and test drove the CR-V as well. Trent was very patient with me and made sure that I got the car that I truly wanted.
