Busy Saturday I had a scheduled service that ended up taking 2.5 hours. I went to Hall Mazda today for a scheduled oil change and the Crystal fusion service. It was a most pleasurable experience. I was greeted warmly. Wes was my service consultant today and he couldn’t have done a better job. I had been told it would take an hour and a half for the service, but Wes assured me it would not take that long and it didn’t. When the work was completed, Wes told me exactly what had been done and sent me on my merry way. Every one in the service department as well as in the show room made me feel very special. I will definitely request Wes when I return. More
