I aknowledge your apology but I doubt your sincerity. When I realized that the offer I recieved was not honored I called you and gave you the opportunity to "set things straight." You informed me you would investigate the matter and call ME back. Instead you called my mother and nothing was done. A true professional and someone who truely appreciated my business would have gotten back to me and not tried calling my mother who had nothing to do with this sale besides coming with me one time. I'm willing to listen to what you are going to do to correct this, but at this point I doubt anything will happen.
