Ray Aiden and the Hall Toyota team were excellent. I had mixed reviews of buying a Toyota from the various dealers in the Hampton roads area. Basically a lot of calling and saying one thing over the p I had mixed reviews of buying a Toyota from the various dealers in the Hampton roads area. Basically a lot of calling and saying one thing over the phone but another at the dealership. None of that at Hall Toyota! I called about a vehicle and the vehicle was there. There was no pressure from Ray or anyone on the sales team. I can't say enough about how I was treated although I might had a difficult trade...very excellent! If you want a good experience buying a Toyota work with Hall and Ray! More

I breifly met Amanda in April 2022 when shopping for a replacement for my 2019 Tacoma lease. Recently , she texted me with the availability of a new 2022 Tacoma which was exactly the truck I was looking f replacement for my 2019 Tacoma lease. Recently , she texted me with the availability of a new 2022 Tacoma which was exactly the truck I was looking for. She took time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. I brought my RAV4 for its first Toyota Care check up today, and, thanks to the information and assistance Ms. Michelle Bozeman provided, I was also able to purchase a much needed set of running boards, today, and, thanks to the information and assistance Ms. Michelle Bozeman provided, I was also able to purchase a much needed set of running boards, installed and ready to use! They look fantastic on my vehicle and make entry and exit so much easier. As the service time was going to be longer than originally planned due to installation of the running boards, Ms. Bozeman also arranged for a ride from the dealership to my home, and back to pick up my vehicle.
