Both of these men treated me respectfully...they answered all of my questions...I paid a fair price...and they even tolerated my “less than balanced slightly off center” sense of humor. :) I will absolutely recommend this dealership and especially Maurice to friends. Don’t waste your time and money After driving an exhausting 9 hours from Massachusetts to Virginia Beach and spending countless amounts of money on tolls and gas. After being jerked around by the sales manager who made us wait for hours just to be told that my money and my fathers co-sign were no good there. I would not recommended this dealer to someone unless they want to want to get ripped off and treated with no hospitality once so ever. Being a business major myself and knowing what proper customer service should be Charles barker Toyota would NEVER be a place that I would do business with and I also hope that other will read this review and hopefully know what they are getting into before they consider doing any business here.
