We talked to him about what we had (negative equity) and what we could afford. Brad gave us some numbers and got up at least four times to talk to his manager about making it better for us. He never looked down at us or treated us poorly with our situation and worked extremely hard to make the deal work. We are beyond happy with our new 2020 Kia Soul and even happier with the service Brad worked out. He was friendly and never annoyed, as we had experienced at another dealership. The finance manager also worked hard and had a great outgoing attitude and made the process easy and painless.
