Leon was our salesman. He was new to the sales team (one week), but his knowledge and expertise was outstanding. They even located the color (Alien green) that we wanted from another dealer and got it to us within a day. Every question we had about the operation of the vehicle was explained to our satisfaction. I was impressed that they even contacted our insurance company and gave them all the information required to get our new car covered immediately. We had such a pleasant experience, that my husband is also thinking of getting a new Kia model soon! We will deal with Leon when we come in again. More

From the moment I inquired on the internet to the time I walked in the showroom I was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and concern the employees have for a customer. Nilda Miller was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable about the cars I inquired about. She was prompt on return calls and set up an appointment with Charles Scott for me. Charles was very thorough in the explanation of all the various components of the car giving the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Not having a new car since 1999 has brought many changes in cars through all those years and Charles was even willing to set up many of the conveniences, such as bluetooth, for me. Oleg Gera was very thorough in his explanation of the finance agreement and extra options offered for the customers convenience. Overall, the experience was well worth it. I would recommend to my friends and relatives to definetly visit Haleen Kia and the aformentioned employees for a fair price, quality service and overall A-1 experience.
