We bought a car a Halleen that had major issues...major enough that the mechanics were unable to figure out the exact problem. I went with my son who has just returned from a 7month deployment with the US navy my son didn't have enough credit to get a loan on his own and Richard gave us great advice and got my son into a 2010 KIA deployment with the US navy my son didn't have enough credit to get a loan on his own and Richard gave us great advice and got my son into a 2010 KIA Rio with an awesome rate and a low monthly payment,and treated us with such respect and was so friendly,he was amazing and my son is thrilled with his "NEW" car it was nice that not only Richard but everyone at the Halleen KIA were really pulling for my son to get his car. I will definitely be going back to Richard in January when I am ready to buy my Kia!!! More

Why I would not recommend this dealer and why it was given low ratings is because I have already had to put $100 for repairs and tune-ups in a car that I have only had for less then 2 months! I am waiting in Chicago, IL on a main street for triple A to come jump start me. And no I did not leave any lights on. I am pretty sure I got the short end of this deal. I will never return to Halleen Kia to buy a car. Its clear this car had issues that were not disclosed when I bought it. In a time when I thought shady car dealers/sales people where few and far between I found one. I am also disappointed I did not go with the Nissan dealer down the road. They seemed to be on top of their stuff and very honest. I also paid upfront in cash for this car so I am seeing my $8000 go down the drain because this car was an awful investment of my money. Also, the sales person I had was unprofessional and would say things I am sure he should not say about people he worked with and the dealership. He also made references about women that I thought were degrative. More
