When we walked into Halleen Kia, we weren't even sure what type of vehicle we wanted to purchase-new or used, SUV or sedan, etc. Jim was very patient and very helpful. We were pre-approved with our credit union and Oleg was very courteous & respectful in trying to get us a "better rate" elsewhere. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience ever! Seriously, having dealt with other dealers and other makes previously, none of them can touch the magical combination of people Halleen Kia has assembled. Gregg Zolnai, who was my sales consultant, was fantastic. There was no pressure and he was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle. Even the actual negotiation process was smooth and easy. It gets even better. I felt great going in because I had already been pre-approved for financing using the Capital One Blank Check program. So, check in hand, I felt good and confident. Gregg and the Finance Director said, "We probably can beat that rate, if you'd like us to check." It seemed like a good idea and I must say, my jaw dropped with the rate they were able to secure for me. I'm not saying it can happen for everyone, but in my case, I couldn't believe it. It just iced the cake on an already great car buying experience. Finally, upon delivery, I want to point out another reason to choose Halleen Kia. Gregg Zolnai took the time to fully explain the operation of my new Soul. Given that it had the keyless ignition and a host of other electronics, he took the time to show me how to use them, paired my iPhone to the car, show me how to speak to the car to control the phone and went over every control and function. Who does this anymore? Customer service at most businesses is next to non-existent. At Halleen Kia, it is alive and well. What a refreshing change. Kudos to Gregg! I am enjoying it that much more since he got everything up and running for me. So, for anyone in the market for a new car, check out Halleen Kia.
