VERY DISHONEST BEWARE I would not spend one cent more at Halleen Kia, nor will anyone in my family, friends, co workers, etc., It was a HORRIBLE experience. I felt that when someone is spending several thousands of dollars on a new car they should feel like they are spending their hard earned money, No compassion, take it or leave it attitude, I WILL MAKE IT A LIFELONG EFFORT TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW DISSATISFIED I AM WITH HALLEEN KIA, THEY WILL RUN THEMSELVES INTO THE GROUND JUST LIKE THE HALLEEN CHEVY DEALERSHIP THAT WAS SHUT DOOWN DO TO SIMILAR PROBLEMS LOOK IT UP! Be cautious when shopping here, get your best price here and use it to your advantage when shopping price, thats all they are good for, trust me on this one, I know! Whats even more incredible, the dealership offered me a free oil change if I leave a positive review on this website, I must decline because I would be lying if I said ANYTHING positive about this awful dealership, well they did have the car I wanted, but thats it, paid cash for my car. My sales consultant, Jay Vicario, made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my entire experience and found me the car I wanted even though it wasn't on the lot when I walked in. Not only is he friendly and informed, he listens and doesn't push. I didn't feel like I was wheeling and dealing with him; I felt like he was providing a personal and fair service to me. I would send any of my friends to him in an instant. Halleen Kia also beat an online offer we found at another dealership before coming in. I was happy and satisfied when I left the dealership, so when I picked up my car two days later, the feeling was only sweetened by the free audio upgrade package I found in my new Soul. More
