When we went to Halleen we did not intend to buy that day, but we were so impressed with the financing, plenty of information, with our questions completely answered ,the vehicle (Kia Rondo) and Jay Vicario that we were ready to buy that day. My wife and I have been impressed with the friendly follow-up phone calls and e-mails from Jay and the dealership. Plus, since our purchase we have had to use the service department for waranty work and were extremely impressed with the friendliness, willingness to help, the loaner car, and the quality of the service. Oh, we also have enjoyed a few free carwashes, and we love the vehicle! More

I had not bought a car in 15 years and was not looking forward to the process now. Russ Hersey was the Sales Consultant I met and went with to test drive a new Sportage. Russ decribed all the features of the car and went over pricing which was what I was interested in at first. At no time did I feel pressured by Russ to purchase the car. The night I was to go back & make the purchase (Jan 15th) it was freezing cold, snowing like crazy & my old car had no lights. Russ came to pick me up at my home and we stayed together until 10:30 pm to do all the paperwork and get the car insurance set up. I did a lot of research before I bought my Sportage and I feel I received an excellent price and top notch treatment by Russ and all the other Halleen staff I worked with. If I needed another car tomorrow I would go back to Russ Hersey and Halleen Kia. More
