Brought my Kia in for recall work. The dealer did not have the part so I have to bring the car back again. When I pick up my car, they snapped of my antenna in the car wash, making me wait almost a half have the part so I have to bring the car back again. When I pick up my car, they snapped of my antenna in the car wash, making me wait almost a half hour on my lunch break to pick up my car. Any service I have had done there is always much more expensive then work at a local garage, with lower quality. I will not buy another car from this dealership. More

I had gone to another Kia dealer and they, outside of the sales staff were not friendly and not willing to work with me. When I went to Halleen Kia they were very friendly and knowledgable from sales Matt R sales staff were not friendly and not willing to work with me. When I went to Halleen Kia they were very friendly and knowledgable from sales Matt Rogalski to management Teddy Stout and Don Bazzo. They treated us as I would expect if I were buying a $50,000 car, not a $20,000 car. They all made sure that every step of the way was explained to us, and done correctly. I am very impressed with Halleen Kia, and even though I live 45 miles from them and there are 3 closer Kia dealers, I will return to Halleen in the future and send all my friends and family there as well. More
