Very Dissatisfied with service. Will not be back I was at the dealership on 12/13/19 for a Halleen Kia works package. On my Multi-point inspection everything was checked green for ok except front d I was at the dealership on 12/13/19 for a Halleen Kia works package. On my Multi-point inspection everything was checked green for ok except front disc brakes which needed to be replaced. Very odd since they were replaced on Oct. 2018. Today 6 days later I had a dead battery which had to be replaced because it no longer met the minimum standards. Six days ago it was given a green check for ok. I had my oil changed at a Kia dealship in Las Vegas on 5/13/19. The battery was checked as yellow for marginal and the front & back brakes were checked as green good rated as all 7's. Up until now, I had always been very happy with your service department. However, I no longer have confidence or trust in your service department and will not be returning. More

First time going there because I had some recalls and decided to have my yearly maintenance done. I purchased the works package and asked them to do an alignment. First impressions are huge and this deal decided to have my yearly maintenance done. I purchased the works package and asked them to do an alignment. First impressions are huge and this dealership failed. They didn’t meet the scheduled time frames and didn’t do the alignment right. I was told to come pick up my car because it was ready and I still waited an hour after getting there because the car was on the alignment machine even though they had my car all day. Then as I drove off the car was still out of alignment so I called immediately and they told me to bring it back the next day. So I dropped off my car at 7:30am for my car not to be finished until 4pm tying my time up for yet a second day. I asked for a manager to call me and didn’t receive a call from management until two days later. Horrible experience I would not recommend this dealership at all!!! More

Do not stand behind product On 2014 we bought a 2013 Sorrento SX. Because the vehicle has a "Dealer Demo" it had 4,500 miles. An although it have that many miles it was sold to u On 2014 we bought a 2013 Sorrento SX. Because the vehicle has a "Dealer Demo" it had 4,500 miles. An although it have that many miles it was sold to us as new with the understanding that the warranty and the extended warranty will extend to 104,500 miles. At the beginning of this year near the 100,000 miles the vehicle start having some problems. When we contacted the dealer we were told that the warranty will not extend from the original 100k. at 102k the vehicle overheated, we took it to our local shop and replace the radiator. This did not fixed the overheating. We finally find out that the head gasket needed to be replace. We took it to another shop and the determine that this particular engine made by KIA will not go back correctly if you try to replace the gasket. We contacted the dealer and to make the long story short the dealer look at it and told us that they recommend replacing the engine at 7k. on a car 6 year old card with just over 100k. During further research find that the 2013 Sorrento engines coming out of the assembly line had head gasket problems. KIA corporation knew, Halleen Kia Knew and they sold us $36k defective vehicle that right now is a paper weight. I do not trust them any more. They are liars, Con Mans. I will never buy another KIA again and I will make sure that everyone learn about our experience. More
