i have been dealing with dealership since we purchased our vehicle. they have been nothing but trouble. the customer service people and (esepcially the men) have been very difficult to work with. they t our vehicle. they have been nothing but trouble. the customer service people and (esepcially the men) have been very difficult to work with. they think they can push women around and get there way. well, we have filled complaints with the BBB and have changed dealerships now. I have never been treated the way tey treat people and women in general. I would not recommend them to anyone. That is both the Kia dealership and the chevolet were they have your car worked on. I purchased my New Kia Spectra 5 last summer and it was a wonderful experience. Jay was very friendly, helpful and informative. Brought my Kia in for recall work. The dealer did not have the part so I have to bring the car back again. When I pick up my car, they snapped of my antenna in the car wash, making me wait almost a half have the part so I have to bring the car back again. When I pick up my car, they snapped of my antenna in the car wash, making me wait almost a half hour on my lunch break to pick up my car. Any service I have had done there is always much more expensive then work at a local garage, with lower quality. I will not buy another car from this dealership. More

although, I detest $85 for a battery install, and this is the 3rd time in 6week weve been in for service, Having Vince to make all the troubles go away does seem worth it.
