Overall, my experience was great and the sales transaction was smooth. The sales team hooked me up with a great deal in an Outback. The things that happened via phone and email before I went to th transaction was smooth. The sales team hooked me up with a great deal in an Outback. The things that happened via phone and email before I went to the dealership were not optimal. The initial contact from the dealership was an email from what I later found out was a virtual assistant. That should be disclosed in those emails. Then I was contacted by phone by someone I later found out was working in a phone center and not the dealership. She set me up with a test drive for a car with a particular package in a specific color. When I arrived they didn’t have that car. Since she was in a call center she had no idea what was on the lot. After that the Chandler the salesperson was great. He did upsell me, but it was for slightly more than I was expecting for a car that had many more features. Skip the Internet and go directly to the dealership and work with him. Derrick is the sales manager and he was fair on my trade and was very helpful in getting me in and out the door quickly. I definitely would shop with them again. More
