Disappointed I came in to turn in my leased Mazda CX-5 touring I told the salesman what I expected to pay/ month. He showed me a gorgeous 2018 fully loaded all the bells and whistles it was the car for me! Meanwhile the manager was working with finance company the salesperson was having me call my insurance company for I’d cards a insurance binder etc. I emptied out my old car then the manager comes back explaining to me everything about the deal he had to make with the finance company and that I’d actually be paying more than they told me! So obviously I couldn’t afford that much more they first quoted me 444.00 I had been paying 391 then they told me 474 but they would take 465.00 no I couldn’t do that I ended up with a run of the mill Mazda CX-5 no CD player no power seats etc no sunroof all I could afford ! Same color it’s like they had this bottom of the line for me as I back up I was there for 5 hours! More

Breaking system repairs Took my motorcar to have the breaking system checked as I was hearing noises underneath. An assessment was done by a certified technician (including test driving to ascertain the source of the noise). I am very pleased to say that once the vehicle was in the service bay a thorough physical examination of the braking system was done, (which revealed that more extensive repairs were needed than I had anticipated). The requisite parts were sourced and the estimate to effect repairs was communicated to me forthwith. The best part was that I was given a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs. Bottomline is, I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks Lee Partyka!! More
