Service good, shuttle bad Overall the service was really good. The issue was that both times I attempted to get my car serviced on two separate times with appointments. In both attempts the shuttle was not available within a reasonable timeframe (wait was 45+ minutes) despite informing the schedule I’d need a shuttle to work. Very thankful to Bianca for personally driving me to make up for this issue. More
