Recall Drop off Dropped off my Truck for recall. I was told one day of service I then received a call it would not be done until the next day. At no point did anyone Dropped off my Truck for recall. I was told one day of service I then received a call it would not be done until the next day. At no point did anyone offer me a loaner. Why would the customer be responsible for their own transportation needs ? I had to ask for a loaner and then told we don’t have any .it wasn’t until I told the rep that’s not my fault they said they would see what they can do. I was then told I had to rush down to the dealership so we can go to enterprise to get me a vehicle. I’m sorry but I can’t just drop everything I’m doing to be at the dealership in an hour. I had to find my own means to get a vehicle for the day. More
