Dissatisfied with Loaner Procedures Arranged for appointment on line for 12/26/2018 with a note for loaner. I knew the problem was tire rubbing against black splash guard. I was told to call next week to check on car, no one can look at it before that, because they have to many cars today. And they only have loaner when you call week or more to reserve one. It was suggested I go to Enterprise. I did question why no one called me when my note said ' loaner needed' so I could make arrangements? I spoke to manager, I was told by her notes are not read because they're too busy. I imagine this is a business deal between Partyka & Enterprise ( I really don't care) but the reimbursement should be total Enterprise charges, or $$ taken off labor. How does someone reserve a vehicle BEFORE THEIR CAR BREAKS DOWN??? More

Mixed Bag Our experience with Ara so far has been a good one. He has helped us with everything we have needed. He has been friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We do have a few negatives from our first two dealings. First off I did not enjoy the haggling process. I felt like I was getting worked over at every step of the deal. Each question required a “call to the manager” who was 20ft away. I also left the first day with no concrete agreed upon details other than a picture I took of handwritten notes. Other dealerships that we met with that day were a lot more transparent with their pricing and it gave us more confidence in the buying process. On our second day when we came to make the purchase we dealt with an extremely rude employee (Jason Gengras) who actually got into a heated argument with us over the price of our car. His actions almost made us walk away from our deal. We ended up going through with the purchase but this event would make us question whether we would purchase another car at your dealership. There was some good that came out of that experience though. Eddy came in and handled the situation extremely well when we were upset from our dealings with Jason. He was patient, understanding and expertly diffused the situation. Finally, we spoke with Joe Gallagi after about our issues with Jason and he sat and listened to us with and open mind and did everything he could to make things right for us. More

Took longer than I thought it should Brought in our 2010 Mazda 6 for a recall inspection of the front crossmember. The shop always performs a safety inspection as well, & found a worn ball joint on the RH side. I asked to see the car while it was on the lift, and was brought into the shop by the service writer. The technician was not available, so I checked the ball joint as the RH front tire had been removed. I agreed that the joint was worn but not dangerous to drive, so I asked the service writer to have the tire installed so I could take the car. I returned to the customer lounge, but it was over 30 minutes longer before the car was ready to leave. The entire process took almost 2 hours, which seemed like a long time for what was done. I understand that this is a large busy shop & that things don’t always go as smoothly as I might like... More
