Make the customer wait When I made my appointment I arranged for a ride home and pick-up when car was ready. I arrived at 7:45 AM for a 8:00 AM appointment. When I pulled into the driveway the shuttle was pulling out, without any customers in the car Your service representative indicated that the shuttle would be available at 8:00 AM. At 9:00 AM your service representative came into the waiting area and told me she didn't know where the shuttle had gone. She assumed the drive had gone to breakfast. She told me she would would attempt to have my car completed within 35 minutes, and asked if I had a problem waiting. I told her that without a ride home, I would have to wait. Your representative did an excellent job getting the repair completed in a timely manner., or i would have had to wait for hours. How could your dealership allow a shuttle driver to make people wait, when they scheduled the shuttle service in advance? Other than the actions of your service representative, I give your service department a POOR RATING!!! More

Practically stole $125 from me To start: I signed off on the paperwork, I know what I was getting myself in to. Just not happy about it. I had an issue with my blower motor (that pu To start: I signed off on the paperwork, I know what I was getting myself in to. Just not happy about it. I had an issue with my blower motor (that puts AC/heat in to the car) and it was making a loud squeaking noise. I had it replaced 2 years ago under warranty. I knew what needed to be done but couldn’t get a quote on a repair because “it may be something else.” So after a few hours, the service person said “you were right, the blower needs to be replaced” and it may be covered under warranty. Came back and it’s not under warranty and the total cost to repair the blower is about half the amount that my car is worth! (According to KBB).. so I paid $125 for them to tell me exactly what I already knew but refused to give me a quote for what I already knew I needed to replace. Last time I will visit this dealership. The service person was sort of nice about it, although did not give me details about why it was covered last time but not this time. Can’t wait to get rid of this car(not the dealers fault)! More

Thanks to Bob (Service Manager) I can't thank the Staff enough for my car service. The staff set me up with a same day ride home & a loaner to pickup the next day.
