Always takes too long Every time I make an appointment for an oil change I wait 1.5-2 hours. My appointment was at 10am and my car was still sitting in the pull in spot for Every time I make an appointment for an oil change I wait 1.5-2 hours. My appointment was at 10am and my car was still sitting in the pull in spot for 45 minutes. Why is that when I have a 10am appointment? While sitting in the waiting room people were complaining they had 9:30 appointments and it was two hours later that they were able to leave and just for oil changes. Another time to get my car fixed I had an appointment and I didn’t hear back from them for 4-5 hours saying the person is just looking at it now and they will call me back with results. It was so late when they called I told them I would be there the next day to get my car. I really don’t understand why when I have an appointment it takes at least 1.5 hours for an oil change. I can drive right up to a jiffy lube and get it done immediately. It’s just an oil change. The guy that did the paperwork was nice though. More
