Appointment I pulled into the Service Center on Saturday, July 7, 2018, and had to wait a few minutes before being approached by a Service Representative. She as I pulled into the Service Center on Saturday, July 7, 2018, and had to wait a few minutes before being approached by a Service Representative. She asked me what was going on with my Equinox and I told her that the warning was on regarding the tire needed air and that the water was leaking from the air conditioning unit. She immediately brought my car into the service area and advised me to wait in the lounge and She would come and find Me. That She did and explained to me about the air conditioner how that's normal for it to leak water after running it. She also explained that they found a nail in my tire and that they would go ahead and plug it up and I wouldn't have to worry about the cost. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I was impressed. It would be nice if there was some refreshments in the lounge while waiting; coffee, tea or soda and maybe some chips or something. More
