Appointments Don’t Mean Anything You will wait at least 5 minutes while people are chit chatting on the service desk, they will forget to call you when your service is done. It took over 3 weeks to get it because they never called to order the part. I called them and asked about such part, then the guy said it seemed the order didn’t go through, I will order again then call you to make an apt once it gets here. Another week goes by, nothing... I call again they said oh yeah the part has been here for a few days, when do you want to come in? I make an apt for a job that was supposed to take 1-2 hours, well it took 4.
