Very poor interaction Picked up new vehicle, in test driving smoke coming from under hood. Apparently who ever serviced vehicle did not clean up spilled fluid on engine. Salesman spent no more than 5 minutes explaining how to preset radio channels then left me alone in vehicle to set up OnStar. No further explanation of functions of vehicle gone into. Vehicle was dirty on delivery and required washing when brought home that evening. In all very very poor experience would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Misled about lease details two years ago. I was told by a salesman two years ago that if I went over the miles on my lease early, I could just bring it back and start s new lease in another ve I was told by a salesman two years ago that if I went over the miles on my lease early, I could just bring it back and start s new lease in another vehicle. Turns out I had to pay off the lease first (cost me $7,000 I was not expecting to pay). I believe that salesman has since been fired. Fortunately Doug was a great salesman this time around, and the dealership worked hard to get me a hugely discounted 2017. More

From traverse to sonic. Then it snowed I didn't feel safe needed a truck. And I got one, but little things I didn't pay attention to at time of purchase, like automatic starter, heated seats that I was use to having but no longer don't.. I did make it clear I was not interested in sunroof or TV which the traverse had. Other than that I am Happy with my Equinox I would like to warm it up from inside my home More
