I was stressed, but the staff made it painless I really appreciate the way they helped me, however in some areas I felt like I was taken advantage of due to my situation . From traverse to sonic. Then it snowed I didn't feel safe needed a truck. And I got one, but little things I didn't pay attention to at time of purchase, like automatic starter, heated seats that I was use to having but no longer don't.. I did make it clear I was not interested in sunroof or TV which the traverse had. Other than that I am Happy with my Equinox I would like to warm it up from inside my home More
